• Fly High Holidays is only the sales agent of WOW & GLOBAL FAMILY. FHH is not responsible for any changes or arrangements against this land group tour programme and will not accept any legal charges or disputes regarding the tour arrangements.
• FHH only sells the land tour package. FHH is not responsible for Airlines and Visa issues. Airfare and Visa will be arranged separately and are not included in the package cost.
• Initial deposit booking amount is strictly non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
• A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds, and room size may be the same as the double room.
• Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations.
• All local taxes, entrances, and services are calculated as of 1st October 2021; any increase in local taxes, entry tickets, and other services must be borne and paid by the traveler.
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
• It is suggested to carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
• Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour.
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group if your group does not have adequate members.
• A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
• Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates will be notified.
• If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
• In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
• If there is any increase in any taxes in Europe, the price may change accordingly.
• FHH is not liable for any Visa or Flight ticket issues. Clients cannot file legal cases against FHH regarding Visa and Flight issues.
• No refunds for unutilized services.

• In case of delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided.
• FHH reserves the right to claim additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedules (trains, flights, coaches, cruises, or other services).
• FHH reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons or reasons beyond the control of FHH due to weather, strikes, etc.
• FHH shall not accept any liability for damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularity caused during the tour due to weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause. All such losses must be borne by the passenger.
• Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India / Government of India regulations.
• Tour cost is payable in EURO out of the passenger’s BTQ entitlement.
